Our main job here is working in the school, which we love (most days). Although trying explain why you are not allowed to steal the toys to a three year old in Spanish or trying to explain math in Spanish can be difficult we try our best. Some of our highlights are teaching the kids English, getting a chance to color, kids insisting you are a monkey, receiving colored pictures (which we have hung on the wall in our apartment), learning songs in Spanish, and seeing the smiles on the kids faces each day.
This is a video I took of the first graders for Chriso. They struggled a bit to pronounce the English but if you listen closely you can make out most of the words.
