The Nursery Learning how to Recycle
Hope - Works in the nursery with 3yr olds, helping Senora Wendy teach the kids numbers, animals, how to separate trash and recycle. During the day we get the chance to spend some time outside; playing hide and go seek and repelling down trees. We also do crafts, read books, play with playdoh, and I try my best to teach them as much English as I can!

The First Grade Class
Emily - Works in the 1st grade class with Senora Zuli. In the early morning I spend some time one on one with kids teaching them how to read. After snack I help Zuli keep the kids under control while they do their crafts. Today Zuli had something she had to take care of and left me to watch the kids for 20 minutes by myself. I spent most of the time yelling "Sientense!" (sit down) and "a trabajar!" (get to work) my two new favorite commands.
